It is my sincere hope this correspondence finds you, your family, and all fellow chapter volunteers healthy and safe during these unprecedented times. As the United States prepares for the spread of coronavirus
(COVID-19), Pheasants Forever & Quail Forever is taking the necessary steps to ensure that the health and well-being of our employees, members, and volunteers are our top priority. We were left in the position to have to either cancel or postponed our annual event, “Membership Drive & Family Fun Night.
As this unprecedented situation continues to evolve, we will continue to follow the guidelines mandated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), public officials, and health officials throughout the country. Undoubtedly, there will be significant impacts from the coronavirus pandemic felt by all Americans.

To this end we are going to offer the following incentive (or raffle) as part of Brown County Pheasants Forever to help incentivize you to renew or join this cause.

We need your annual Membership to help continue our mission. So, we are going to have a raffle to all membership renewals if we hit the following levels of participation.

Prairies, wildlife, and public access are counting on conservation groups - and their dedicated members, chapters and supporters - in the years ahead, so we’re doing our best to stay the course for our habitat mission in the midst of
